  My Power Bug stops for no reason
Loose connection.
Please check all connections as follows:

Make sure that the lead from the battery is properly connected to the plug on the side of the battery tray. Match up the two arrows

Unzip your battery bag and check the black and red leads are connected securely to the terminals. You will need to look under the rubber covers to check this properly. Tighten using a spanner if necessary.

Turn the trolley upside down and check that both plugs are securely in place. Press both of them firmly to be sure as they may look like they are in, when they may not be.
