The motor is making a noise and the axle seems to be turning, but the trolley is not moving

You may have put the wheels on the wrong way round.
Stand behind the trolley as you use it on the course - the left wheel should be on your left and vice versa.
L & R stickers are situated on the inside of each wheel to identify Left and Right hand wheels
