| The motor is making a noise and the axle seems to be turning, but the trolley is not moving
|

You may have put the wheels on the wrong way round.
Stand behind the trolley as you use it on the course - the left wheel should be on your left and vice versa.
L & R stickers are situated on the inside of each wheel to identify Left and Right hand wheels
