Warranty Duration:
- The PowerBug NX Trolley is covered against manufacturing faults and defects for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty Option:
- For added peace of mind, we offer the PowerBug Premium plan that allows you to extend your warranty for up to 5 years. This premium coverage comes at a cost of £4.99 per month. Please note that this option is exclusively available to our customers in the UK.

Warranty Claim Process:

- Most warranty claims can be easily resolved remotely, with replacement parts that you can effortlessly install at home.
- If the situation requires a physical inspection at PowerBug HQ, you have two options:
Arrange the return yourself or opt for our convenient courier collection and redelivery service, available for a subsidised fee of £30.00.

Transportation Costs Within the First 6 Months:
- Should your product experience a warranty issue within the initial 6 months of purchase, we will handle all transportation costs, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

NX 28v Lithium Battery

Warranty Duration:
- The NX Lithium battery is covered against manufacturing faults and defects for 3 years from the date of purchase.

- The NX Lithium battery is capable of completing two rounds of golf on one full charge over a single day. We encourage users of Lithium batteries to top-up between rounds whenever possible.

- It's important to recharge your battery even if only 9 or 18 holes have been completed on that day. The NX battery is not designed to complete two rounds on one charge over consecutive or multiple days of golf.

Warranty Claim Process:

- Should your battery fail it will need to be returned to PowerBug HQ for processing. This is completed within 24 working hours of receiving the battery at Powerbug HQ.

- The battery can be taken to a local courier drop off point after attaching the returns label that will be sent via email. (Free of charge)

- For convenience we offer an optional courier collection and redelivery service, available for a subsidised fee of £30.00.

- The Standard Lithium battery is covered against manufacturing faults and defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.

- The Standard Lithium battery is capable of completing 18 holes of golf on one full charge over a single day.

- It's important to recharge your battery even if only 9 holes have been completed on that day.

Warranty Claim Process:

- Should your battery fail it will need to be returned to PowerBug HQ for processing. This is completed within 24 working hours of receiving the battery at Powerbug HQ.

- The battery can be taken to a local courier drop off point after attaching the returns label that will be sent via email. (Free of charge)

- Battery chargers, spare parts, accessories and cart bags are covered against manufacturing faults and defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claim Process:

- Most warranty claims can be easily resolved remotely with replacement parts dispatched via courier.
- If the situation requires a physical inspection at PowerBug HQ this will ne arranged accordingly.
